  I visited the place 5/09 around 6-7pm. The reason I put the date and time is to express my appreciation towards not only the cashier but also the cookers.
  Being the first time I had no clue what was what, so I ended up asking some questions along with some indecisive choices due to the number of selections. With the right amount of options of patty and topping, it became a challenge to find the ideal flavor for me. The cashier, she was very kind and made it simple and even recommended me on what is right. I also ended up trying some sauces, in which the workers in the back were kind enough to explain the sauce and what matches what. The service was surprisingly excellent.
  
  The price for everything that I have bought ended up being around 17 dollars, which for me was not that ideal. That is a full burger and chili con queso fries at HopDoddy or almost 4 double double from In and out. The price is not fit well for the quantity or quality. The burger is good, and the fries are okay. The flavors are there, but it is not what one would say "Premium." The patties are well seasoned but not flavorful; the tops are amazing but felt somewhat out of place with the patty. The fries were okay in a sense, it tasted great with the bacon and cheese, but it got old as you keep eating it. So in the real comparison, this place is more of a grab a quick bite compared to a great tasty meal.
  
  Overall, I felt satisfied, but not impressed. I have been to many mall-based restaurant and fast food. This place could improve based on price and a bit more flavoring. The service is amazing, and I would be back for more sometimes in the future for a quick bite.

  This was my first time to BurgerIM. This was my last time to BurgerIM.
  
  Right off the bat no one greeted us with a smile. You could distinctly tell the staff could care less. The drink machine was not working properly and upon alerting the staff member he simply shrugged and said the manager would take care of it.  5 minutes later it worked for one coke and then quit again.
  
  The table was relatively clean which could not be said of the drink area, bathroom and cashier sections. In spite of this, the same lackadaisical staff member found plenty of time to check his phone.
  
  Sorry, Mckinney BurgerIM. Will not be trying you anytime soon after this one.

  Not impressed at all. It was a hot, long day of shopping, and all I wanted was a milkshake. They didn't have the Oreo milkshake. Fine - I asked for a chocolate one. They were more than happy to charge me, but it turns out their machine wasn't working, so he had to hand mix chocolate syrup into the vanilla ice cream, and didn't feel that it was necessary to tell me this before charging me and making me wait what felt like forever while he made what must have been the saddest rendition in the history of chocolate milkshakes. Needless to say I tasted no chocolate.
  
  If the staff (either the cashier or the person who made the milkshake) could have had the courtesy to properly inform me of their extremely lacking amenities and ingredients, I would have walked out of there and just gotten a frappe from the Starbucks next door - and would not have bothered to write this review.

  My first and last time at BurgerIM. The staff was uninterested in helping. Could care less with helping us with the menu. I got a crispy chicken burger. It was so hard and dried out. Disgusting.

  I'll give this two stars because of the young  man at the register. He was kind and patient with me. In ordered the crispy chicken Caesar salad and  onion rings. I wasn't too pleased with the salad because the croutons, chicken were too nasty. It was too much lettuce for so little amount of chicken. Maybe I'll stick to the burgers...
